1. Subscription Plans and Pricing
PROP INTELLIGENCE currently offers the following monthly subscription plans:
Core — $29.99 per month
Edge — $89.99 per month
Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Current pricing and plan details will be displayed before you complete a purchase.
We may introduce new plans or change prices in the future. Any price change affecting an existing subscription will be communicated in advance when required and will take effect no earlier than the next applicable renewal period.
2. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew every month until canceled.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize PROP INTELLIGENCE and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the subscription price, applicable taxes, and any other amounts disclosed at checkout on each renewal date.
Your subscription will renew using the payment method associated with your account unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription-management or customer-portal link associated with your account.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Unless otherwise required by law, canceling does not immediately terminate access. You will retain access to the applicable paid features through the end of your current billing period.
Deleting the application or discontinuing use of the Service does not automatically cancel a subscription.
4. Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law, subscription charges are non-refundable, including charges for partially used billing periods.
We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time after cancellation. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing error, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] promptly. We will review reasonable billing disputes individually.
Purchases processed through an app store or another third-party marketplace may be subject to that provider’s refund policies and procedures.
5. Core Plan
The Core plan provides access to selected PROP INTELLIGENCE features, which may include:
Daily sports-prop research and analysis
Core analytical tools and data views
Prop alerts and monitoring
Historical or contextual information
Other features identified as part of the Core plan
Available sports, leagues, markets, data sources, and features may change as the Service evolves.
6. Edge Plan
The Edge plan includes Core features and access to additional advanced functionality, which may include:
Advanced projection and analytical metrics
Enhanced artificial-intelligence-assisted insights
Deeper model, matchup, and market analysis
Premium tools identified as part of the Edge plan
Other advanced features added to the Edge offering
A subscription does not guarantee that every feature, league, market, or data source will be available at all times.
7. Accounts and User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate account and billing information
Maintaining the security of your login credentials
Restricting unauthorized access to your account
Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized use
Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws
Confirming that you meet any applicable age requirements
Using the Service only for lawful, personal purposes
You may not share, sell, transfer, scrape, reverse engineer, reproduce, or commercially redistribute Service content without prior written permission.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused directly by our failure to use reasonable security measures.
8. Sports Information Disclaimer
PROP INTELLIGENCE provides sports data, projections, analytics, alerts, and informational tools for research and entertainment purposes.
The Service does not provide guaranteed predictions, guaranteed outcomes, financial advice, investment advice, or professional gambling advice. Projections and analytical outputs are estimates based on available information, models, assumptions, and third-party data.
Sports results are inherently uncertain. Injuries, lineup changes, weather, coaching decisions, market movement, data errors, and other events may affect actual outcomes.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. No information provided through the Service should be interpreted as a promise that any wager, strategy, or decision will be successful.
You remain solely responsible for evaluating information and making your own decisions.
9. Responsible Play
If you choose to participate in sports wagering, you are responsible for doing so legally and responsibly.
You should:
Never wager more than you can afford to lose
Never treat wagering as a source of guaranteed income
Never chase losses
Follow all age and location restrictions
Use available deposit limits, time limits, cooling-off tools, or self-exclusion programs when appropriate
If gambling is causing financial, emotional, or personal harm, stop participating and seek assistance from an appropriate responsible-gambling organization or qualified professional.
PROP INTELLIGENCE does not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, or control the availability or conduct of third-party wagering services.
10. Data and Service Availability
Some information provided through the Service comes from third-party sources. Although we work to provide useful and timely information, we do not guarantee that data will always be complete, accurate, current, or uninterrupted.
Features may be updated, delayed, suspended, or removed because of maintenance, provider outages, data availability, legal requirements, product changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. No Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
PROP INTELLIGENCE disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PROP INTELLIGENCE and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—the Service.
This includes losses associated with wagering decisions, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption, or reliance on projections, alerts, analytics, or third-party information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to PROP INTELLIGENCE during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Terminating or abandoning an account does not automatically entitle you to a refund and does not replace the need to cancel an active subscription.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, business practices, payment arrangements, or legal requirements.
Material changes will be communicated when required. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in [LittleRock, Ar], unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
